Editorial Policy
How Shubindia Ad Works (since 2013) researches, writes, fact-checks, and corrects everything we publish. Editorial standards, sourcing rules, AI/LLM disclosure, and corrections policy.
Editorial Mission
Shubindia Ad Works publishes long-form, expert-led editorial content on India's out-of-home advertising landscape — hoardings, billboards, transit media, newspaper booking, cinema, radio, metro, airport, and digital media planning. Our mission is to be the single most trustworthy reference for India OOH pricing, inventory, traffic data, and case studies drawn from 1,200+ real campaigns delivered since 2013.
Authorship & Bylines
Every article carries an attributed author. Principal editor and final sign-off authority: Shubham Kishor Jain, founder of Shubindia Ad Works (since 2013), 13+ years operating in OOH and media planning. Read founder profile. Ghost-writing under fictional bylines is not permitted. Guest contributors must disclose commercial relationships in their byline.
Sourcing & Verification
All factual claims must be backed by (1) a primary source — publisher rate card, municipal NOC fee schedule, direct vendor quote, signed Insertion Order; (2) first-party data from internal Shubindia campaign delivery records; or (3) authoritative third-party data — ABC circulation audits, RNI registrations, RBI/SEBI filings, government tender notices, or municipal corporation publications. When sources disagree, we publish the range and disclose the disagreement.
Data Refresh Cadence
- Pricing benchmarks: refreshed every 10 minutes from competitor crawl.
- City inventory counts: reconciled monthly against on-ground audits.
- AI Q&A snippets: regenerated monthly via Claude Sonnet 4.5.
- Live impact stats: Campaigns, Clients, Projects, Years increment automatically per a published auditable formula.
AI / LLM Transparency
Shubindia uses Claude Sonnet 4.5 (Anthropic) for tightly-scoped tasks: generating 40-60 word AI-citation Q&A snippets, humanising tier-3 city overview text from structured input, and drafting meta descriptions / SEO title variants. Every LLM output is editorially reviewed before publication. We do NOT publish entirely machine-generated long-form articles, fabricate quotes, or invent statistics. Pages where LLM contribution dominates carry an ai-content-declaration meta tag set to ai-assisted; all other pages declare human-authored, editorially-reviewed.
Corrections Policy
Spotted an error? We target 24-hour turnaround for factual issues and 48-hour for interpretive ones. Email editor@shubindia.com with the URL, disputed claim, and supporting source. Our editorial team verifies against primary sources. On confirmation we either (a) edit the article in place for typographical or clearly-wrong factual errors, or (b) publish a dated correction note at the bottom of the article for material changes to interpretation. Corrected articles re-trigger an IndexNow push so Bing, Yandex, Naver and Perplexity re-crawl the fix within seconds.
Editorial Ethics
- Independence: Editorial coverage of a vendor, publisher or platform is not contingent on commercial relationships.
- Conflict-of-interest disclosure: When we cover a brand we have delivered campaigns for, we disclose that relationship in the article.
- No quid-pro-quo: We do not accept payment to publish, demote, or suppress editorial content. Paid placements are labelled "Sponsored" or "Advertorial".
- Source protection: Whistleblowers and confidential sources are protected by named-editor confidentiality.
Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure
Shubindia Ad Works is primarily an outdoor advertising agency, and many editorial pages describe services we sell. Pages describing our own services (e.g. /services/*) are clearly framed as our offering. Comparison content covers all major options on merit, not only the publishers we have favourable rates with. Affiliate links and pay-to-be-included lists do not exist on this site.
