Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy explains how Shubindia Ad Works collects, uses and protects your data when you use our advertising services.

Information We Collect

Shubindia Ad Works (SHUBINDIA AD WORKS, GSTIN 27BAJPJ1192E1ZT, Pune-based outdoor advertising agency since 2013) collects information you provide directly — name, email, phone, company name, GSTIN, and brand brief — when you submit a contact form, request a quote, or onboard for an outdoor advertising campaign across India. We also automatically collect device, browser, and approximate location data (IP-derived, city-level only) via standard server logs and privacy-friendly first-party analytics for site performance and abuse prevention.

How We Use Your Information

  • Service delivery: respond to enquiries, prepare campaign quotes, book hoardings, plan bus-shelter and transit campaigns, execute newspaper insertions, and dispatch creative assets to vendors.
  • Account & billing: raise GST-compliant invoices, process payments via NEFT/RTGS/UPI/cards, issue receipts, and maintain financial records as required under the Companies Act 2013 and the GST Act.
  • Customer support: handle campaign-tracking queries, share photo-proof of hoarding deployment, and resolve disputes within our 30-day SLA window.
  • Service improvements: aggregate and anonymise enquiry patterns to plan inventory expansion (more hoardings in high-demand corridors) and refine pricing on /pricing.
  • Legal compliance: respond to lawful requests from Indian regulators, courts, and municipal corporations (e.g. PMC, PCMC) for hoarding-permit and KYC verification.

How We Share Information

We share the minimum necessary information with: (1) hoarding-site owners and municipal authorities to secure permits for your campaign; (2) printing and installation vendors to execute creatives; (3) newspaper publishers (Times of India, Sakal, Lokmat, Maharashtra Times) for confirmed insertions; (4) payment gateways for processing your transactions; (5) Indian tax authorities as required under GST. We do not sell your data, share enquiry lists, or run remarketing audiences against competitor brands.

Data Retention

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Active campaign records, signed Insertion Orders, and GST invoices are retained for 8 financial years as mandated under the GST Act and the Income Tax Act. You can request earlier deletion of enquiry data by writing to info@shubindia.com; statutory records cannot be deleted before the legal retention window expires.
